Customer Service Representative; Dental & Vision Remote in Utah - Remote, UT

Ameritas is seeking Customer Service Representatives to drive the business by providing customer service that exceeds customer expectations and achieves customer loyalty. This inbound call‑center role will communicate with providers and insured members regarding eligibility, plan provisions, claim status and other pertinent information and will be part of the Group (dental and vision) insurance division.

• Communicate by phone or written correspondence with policyholders, providers, plan participants and field partners to answer routine questions, process transactions or resolve issues.
• Document customer inquiries and related data electronically.
• Assist service teams with back‑office support functions.
• Protect the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders to ensure compliance with privacy policies and procedures.
• Support department goals by achieving established service standards and metrics.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related experience. Contact center, customer service, dental office and/or insurance experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates initiative when assessing situations.
• Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills.
