Gulf Coast Bank and Trust Company is seeking a Call Center Specialist to assist clients with debit card and digital banking needs. This position is based primarily remote, but candidates in the New Orleans or Dallas area are preferred for occasional office visits.
The Call Center Specialist will manage inbound/outbound calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required. Experience in client service and strong communication skills are essential.
