Open Loop is seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement - Customer Success to work remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. You will partner with Customer Success Leadership to drive consistency and growth across the post-sale customer journey.
This role requires strong coaching and facilitation skills to improve performance. You will also be responsible for creating onboarding programs and enabling Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
