Servpro Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for their National Call Center. In this role, you will be the critical link between customers experiencing property emergencies and SERVPRO franchisees. You'll handle high volumes of calls and ensure exceptional customer service while providing timely dispatch of leads.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This position offers a salary of $16.00–$16.50 per hour.
