Pearson is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to support K–12 school district clients by driving success and managing customized engagement strategies. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and foster trusted relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer success, preferably in the EdTech or education sectors. The position is remote with a salary range of $55,000 – $70,000 annually.
