ASM Research is looking for a Bilingual Tier 1 Service Desk Representative in Hartford, Connecticut. This fully remote position supports English and Spanish inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and complaint statuses.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Spanish, along with skills in MS Office. Compensation starts at $19.51/hr with additional duties as assigned.
