Pearson is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support K–12 clients throughout their journey with eDynamic Learning. The role involves onboarding clients, building trusted relationships, and optimizing customer lifecycle experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and high proficiency in CRM and customer success platforms.
This full-time remote position offers a salary range of $55,000 – $70,000 annually and is eligible for an annual incentive program.
