Position: Remote Customer Success Manager — EdTech for K-12 Districts

Pearson is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager for K–12 school districts and institutional clients. The CSM will manage client relationships and strategies to ensure customer success throughout their journey with Pearson’s products.

This role involves leading onboarding, monitoring customer engagement, and resolving issues in collaboration with Sales and Support teams. A bachelor’s degree and experience in customer success are required, as well as strong communication skills.

The position offers a salary between $55,000 and $70,000, eligible for annual incentives.
