IQUASAR LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. This full-time remote position involves providing customer support for Federal Government systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work within an hour's commute from Washington, D.C. or Denver, CO.

The role requires handling customer requests mainly over the phone and through electronic communications, fulfilling requests timely to meet Service Level Agreements, and ensuring accurate resolutions.
