Turbo Tax is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with Turbo Tax products and tax return queries. You will provide support for downloading software, logging in, and navigating through tax-related questions.
No specific accounting background is required, just a willingness to learn and help others. Competitive pay includes a base rate of $18.50 per hour plus performance bonuses.
