WTW is seeking a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative to assist clients through the enrollment process for health care and pension plans. This role is primarily remote, but candidates must live within 2 hours of Minneapolis for occasional in-office requests.
You will provide superb customer service, manage communications via phone and chat, and adhere to company policies regarding client information. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
