We're Hiring:
French-Speaking Customer Support Agent
Remote Role (Work from anywhere in Greece)

- 100% Remote (within Greece)
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
- Rotating shifts (10:00 – 22:00)
- Full-time contract
Assist customers via phone, email & chat with product inquiries, purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds & general support — mainly in French (plus English when needed).
Requirements- EU citizenship required
- French C1+
- English B2+
- Basic PC skills
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
No Experience Required (customer Service Is a Plus)
