This is a part-time, remote role for a Vacation Coordinator (Independent Contractor)  Vacation Coordinator will be responsible for creating tailored travel itineraries, communicating with clients to understand their travel needs, researching destinations, booking travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth travel plans. The role will involve providing excellent customer service and expertise to help clients experience memorable vacations.

• Proficiency in travel planning, itinerary creation, and destination research
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge in travel booking systems and familiarity with international travel logistics
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self‑motivated with a professional approach to working independently and remotely
• Experience in travel consultancy, tourism, or hospitality is a plus
