Numerator / Market Track, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own customer relationships and ensure they realize value from our products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in Customer Success or account management, as well as a deep understanding of the retail and CPG industries.
You will collaborate with internal teams, manage a portfolio of around 30 clients, and proactively engage with them to drive product adoption. The position offers a competitive salary range of $66,000 - $87,000 per year plus bonus and is fully remote.
