Job Summary
Associate Client Support Consultant – a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The position supports ADP’s clients with 1–49 employees, providing issue resolution, user training, and assistance with payroll and system questions.
Responsibilities- Serve as the front-line contact for client issue resolution and support.
- Answer phone and email inquiries and provide clear, actionable guidance.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of payroll, state and federal compliance, and ADP technology tools.
- Organize daily schedule to manage a high volume of inbound calls and adjust workload during peak periods.
- Collaborate with other business units to troubleshoot and deliver a seamless client experience.
- At least one year of experience in a customer‑service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with system experience.
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
- A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience such as military service is also acceptable.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (variable during training). A metrics‑driven call‑center environment with high volume, requiring strong communication skills in both phone and written correspondence.
