• Answer inbound/outbound customer care and sales calls with professionalism and empathy
• Engage customers in consultative conversations to understand needs and recommend services
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to add value for customers
• Schedule technicians and ensure seamless communication with operations team
• Follow company procedures for scheduling, documentation, and follow‑up
• Meet and exceed goals related to sales, scheduling accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Essential:

• 3+ years of customer service experience (preferably phone‑based or call center)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Entry‑level sales or goal‑driven experience (upselling, lead follow‑up, appointment booking)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on details
• Comfort with multi‑line phone systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Dependable, proactive attitude with desire to grow
