We are expanding rapidly and seeking 100 motivated Destination Experience Specialists to join our remote team. These Maryland-based remote positions are suited for individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable experiences while working in a flexible, supportive environment. As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences, serving as a trusted resource to ensure seamless planning and exceptional client care from start to finish.
Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
- Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences
- Provide detailed information and recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
