These Maryland-based remote positions are suited for individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable experiences while working in a flexible, supportive environment. As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences, serving as a trusted resource to ensure seamless planning and exceptional client care from start to finish.

• Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
• Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences
• Provide detailed information and recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
• Collaborate with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
