Servpro Industries, LLC is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for its National Call Center. This role acts as a critical link between customers in property emergencies and qualified SERVPRO franchises across the U.S. Candidates must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, with preferred call center experience. Your main tasks include managing incoming and outgoing calls, capturing job leads accurately, and participating in high-stress weather-related events.
The position offers excellent benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Pay is $16.00–$16.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
