Assist customers with booking travel arrangements and provide exceptional customer service;
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner;
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions;
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints;
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their travel experiences;
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service levels;
Complete all required training and certifications to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures;
Keep confidential customer information secure and adhere to all data protection guidelines;
Provide support and guidance to customers throughout their entire travel process;
