The Client Care Coordinator’s primary role is to provide clients with general assistance related to Optimum Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support via telephone, email, and web chat.

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Resolve client problems by determining the cause, selecting and explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services by recognizing and analyzing client needs.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results (personal metrics).
• Manage a high volume of incoming client requests via telephone, email, and web chat.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions in the necessary systems (e.g., PAWS).
• Perform other job duties as necessary.

• Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of Customer Service experience (Call Center, etc.) required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively required.
• Strong client contact handling skills and active listening skills required.

• A hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 85
  
  Mbps.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace.
• May require working variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The starting pay rate for this role is $18.00/hour with opportunities for merit increases. Salary range: $17.64 – $26.45 per hour, determined by education, experience and other relevant credentials.
