JOB TITLE
Client Care Coordinator (Remote)
LOCATION & SCHEDULERemote - WA;
Full Time.
The Client Care Coordinator’s primary role is to provide clients with general assistance related to Optimum Wellness Plans, services, billing, and web support via telephone, email, and web chat.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
- Resolve client problems by determining the cause, selecting and explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services by recognizing and analyzing client needs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results (personal metrics).
- Manage a high volume of incoming client requests via telephone, email, and web chat.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions in the necessary systems (e.g., PAWS).
- Perform other job duties as necessary.
- Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of Customer Service experience (Call Center, etc.) required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively required.
- Strong client contact handling skills and active listening skills required.
- A hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 85
Mbps. - A quiet, dedicated workspace.
- May require working variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The starting pay rate for this role is $18.00/hour with opportunities for merit increases. Salary range: $17.64 – $26.45 per hour, determined by education, experience and other relevant credentials.
