Montage is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers in the US and Canada. This remote role requires candidates to reside within a 50-mile radius of our office locations.
The ideal candidate will need fluency in English and French, with at least six months of customer service experience. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, problem resolution, and processing insurance documents efficiently.
Training is provided, and available schedules include Monday to Friday or Tuesday through Saturday shifts.
