Modern is looking for a dedicated customer service representative to manage customer interactions across the post-purchase experience. This full-time position offers a remote setup with a standard shift from 11AM to 7:30PM Pacific, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail or concierge environments, demonstrating strong communication skills and a problem-solving approach. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, tracking orders, and managing customer inquiries within Zendesk.
