Maximus is seeking an International Customer Service Representative for its Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This remote opportunity involves making outbound calls to military veterans and service members, addressing their inquiries clearly and empathetically.
The role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as experience in customer service. Candidates must be available to work a schedule of either Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday from 4PM-12:30AM Central Time.
Competitive salaries range from $19.53 to $25.43 per hour.
