Iowa State University Research Park is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent customer service from the Pella Corporate office, transitioning to remote work. This role requires responding to customer inquiries, assisting with product and order issues, and training new team members.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and demonstrate a friendly attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Work hours are 8 am–5 pm CST with optional coverage for early and late shifts.
