COMFORT SYSTEMS is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who will deliver world-class experiences in a remote setting. You will engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls, guiding them through processes and ensuring their satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 2 years of call center experience and a high school diploma.
This position requires a passion for customer service and effective communication skills, with technology requirements ensuring a secure home office environment. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
