Role:Call Center Agent
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role you will help existing customers make changes to their current insurance policies through one of Jerry's 55+ carrier partners. From processing service changes to answering questions about policy details, you will support our customers with enthusiasm and care.
Responsibilities- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
- Process service requests such as adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, or benefits, and facilitate changes to policies.
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation.
- Can multitask and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Is passionate about helping others.
- Has 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Hourly wage: $19.00 – $21.00.
- Pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting).

- The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed, determined by job‑related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market‑dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
