Location: Lawrence Township
[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday thru Friday / Competitive Hourly Pay / Health-Dental-Vision / Paid Training / 401(k) / PTO / Opportunities for advancement - As a Customer Concierge Agent, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels;
Assist customers with placing orders, making changes to existing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have;
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions;
Utilize company software and resources to effectively manage and track customer accounts;
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience;
