Responsibilities
  • Answer 50+ inbound calls per day, ensuring world-class customer service
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, and claims support
  • Proactively identify retention risks and escalate to the sales team as necessary
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues within 60 minutes to uphold service standards
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to drive growth and process improvements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET
  • Fully licensed in Property & Casualty AND Life & Health is preferred; unlicensed candidates will be guided through the licensing process
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with State Farm or similar insurance companies
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets
  • Ability to contribute positively to team dynamics and culture
  • Willingness to seek ongoing learning opportunities to enhance skills
