We are currently accepting applications to join a high call volume environment. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls in a bilingual (English and Spanish) setting with a focus on customer service and problem solving.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
• Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute.
• Integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong multi‑tasking ability while maintaining composure and efficiency.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.

• High‑speed fiber or cable internet with at least 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (Satellite or 5G Internet is NOT supported).
• Wi‑Fi connections only.

Hours of availability between 8:00 am – 12:00 am ET.
