• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart devices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, making recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets and qualify for bonuses based on individual performance.

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High‑speed internet access: 10

  Mbps+ upload, ping less than 175ms; no Wi‑Fi or satellite internet – Ethernet connection required.
• Ability to type accurately at least 30
  
  WPM.
• Secured workspace with a door only accessible to you during work hours.
• Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
• Training: 19 days of full‑time hours, Monday through Friday 10a.m.–6:30p.m.CST, starting the week of July
  13.
• Flexibility of at least 40 hours of availability per week, with at least 8 hours on one weekend day.
• Work at least 16 hours per week, no more than 29 hours per week.
• Reside in one of Conduent’s U.S. hiring zones.
