Job Summary
Master Lock, part of Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc., is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the “Voice of Master Lock” for consumers. This full‑time, remote role offers $17.79/hour ($37,000/year) plus benefits from day one, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, profit sharing, adoption assistance, and paid training. The successful candidate will provide world‑class customer support, resolve product and warranty inquiries, and ensure positive consumer experiences.
Training begins May 4, 2026 (8:00 am–4:30 pm CST, M–F), followed by regular hours of Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm CST

- Deliver consumer experiences that generate positive word‑of‑mouth for Master Lock
- Manage inbound calls to resolve product and technical support issues
- Identify problems, determine causes, and explain resolutions clearly
- Provide technical support and instructions for repairs or installations
- Negotiate solutions in sensitive consumer situations
- Achieve daily metrics in call quality, management, and productivity
- Record consumer demographics, product information, and troubleshooting efforts
- Perform special assignments as needed
Essential:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in a contact center or fast‑paced customer service environment
- Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word; Teams a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a focused, high‑observation work environment
- Positive, flexible, team‑oriented approach
- Access to a static IP address and required internet speed
- Safe, secure workspace; must pass background and drug tests
