Turbotax USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions about Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You will work from home and have the flexibility to set your schedule between 8am EST and midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. You'll be answering queries regarding downloading, logging in, basic navigation, and other essential functions of the Turbo Tax software. Competitive hourly pay and bonuses are available based on your performance and the number of hours worked.
