Key responsibilities

Communicate with clients via telephone and virtual platforms

Provide information and guidance tailored to client needs

Schedule and conduct virtual appointments

Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Follow established training systems and operational processes

Participate in optional training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the United States Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
