The Senior Customer Service Associate is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Edison, NJ, with the flexibility to work from home on a partial basis. In this position, the associate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring timely, accurate resolution of service requests. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing client account questions, coordinating with internal advisors and operations teams, processing service requests, and tracking follow‑ups to completion.
The associate will monitor client satisfaction, identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, and elevate complex or time‑sensitive issues when needed. This role also includes maintaining detailed records in CRM and other systems, supporting process improvements, and contributing to a client‑centered service culture.
- Strong client interaction skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience capabilities to manage a high volume of client inquiries with professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear Phone Etiquette and a focus on Customer Satisfaction in every client interaction.
- Previous experience in a client‑facing or service‑oriented role, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or a related regulated industry.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Edison, NJ, with proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other standard business systems.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, professional judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
