DescriptionJoin our team as a Member Service Center Analyst!
Maine Savings FCU is seeking a candidate for a full‑time position in our Member Service Center. This position provides first call resolution to meet credit union member needs involving transactions, account inquiries, credit and debit card assistance and all aspects of digital banking.
What You’ll Do- The successful candidate will meet member needs by completing requested transactions and/or providing information requested.
- The candidate we select will develop a thorough knowledge of products, services and systems, and is able to support all member needs utilizing multiple delivery channels.
- We are seeking someone with excellent member service skills and experience in a call center is desired. Service excellence is the highest priority of the position.
- The current schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Schedules are subject to change, based on business needs. This position may allow for a hybrid remote work opportunity.
- Weekend availability — rotating Saturday hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm are required.
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Financial Services Remote Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
