Location: St. Albans
Maximus is hiring an International Customer Service Representative for their Veterans Evaluation Services team. This remote role involves communicating with military veterans via calls and emails, addressing inquiries and maintaining case updates.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and fluency in both English and Spanish, alongside at least 2-4 years of relevant experience. A set schedule is required, either Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday, from 4 PM to 12:30 AM Central Time.
