** Customer Care Specialist I
** to join our team. As the first point of contact for callers, you'll be the friendly voice that solves problems, provides guidance, and delivers an outstanding customer experience every day. This is a temporary, remote position (with noted state exceptions).

* + Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries relating to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.

+ Demonstrate empathy, patience, and proactive problem-solving in every interaction.

+ Use your initiative to understand each caller's situation and help prevent future challenges.

+ Participate in special projects and shift priorities as requested.

+ Use technology for call handling, reviewing information, and documenting interactions.

+ Engage in a paid training program that combines classroom instruction, online modules, and on-the-job shadowing.
