Healthfirst is looking for a Service Agent to support Contact Center Operations remotely. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional experiences for members and providers by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, experience in customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual skills in Russian, Mandarin/Cantonese, or Spanish are preferred.
This role offers a salary range for all other locations between $34,900 - $52,000.
