Job Overview

Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in‑store and e‑commerce lease‑to‑own solutions.

• Manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past‑due accounts.
• Provide top‑tier support and service to customers.

• Customer service and prior collections experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing literacy, ability to work with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously.
• Phone experience in a customer‑service/call‑center environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, 18 years or older.

• Hourly pay: $14.25 + bonus.
• Full‑time shifts available:
  Mon‑Fri 8:00‑4:30, 10:00‑6:30, 11:30‑8:00.
• Saturdays required: 6:30‑3:00.
• Start date:
  
  Monday, July 6, 2026.
