Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate $22.02 - $33.08 per hour, variable based on location and qualifications. Eligible for additional compensation such as commission and incentive programs.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement, personalized communication, and tailored solutions.
- Utilize industry insights and product knowledge to provide guidance and recommendations, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Partner closely with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams to deliver a unified client experience.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal business units, demonstrating responsiveness, follow-through, and autonomous problem solving.
- Coordinate efforts to address client needs and exceed expectations, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
- Employ a consultative approach to explain sales performance, industry trends, vehicle valuation, and market insights to enhance dealer efficiency.
- Empower clients with coaching sessions to use the suite of tools effectively.
- Educate clients on marketplace policies to ensure compliance and maximize platform success.
- Maintain effective prioritization and professional client relationships while handling customer care issues promptly.
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience (or equivalent such as a higher degree and 5 years of experience).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. - Previous experience as a Wholesale Specialist.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test (marijuana not tested, but any illegal substance prohibited).
