• Make outbound calls to medical facilities across various specialties
• Research and verify information using web‑based tools and internal systems
• Accurately document findings in standardized report templates
• Maintain high attention to detail and data integrity
• Meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality customer service

• Professional phone communication skills
• 1–2 years of office or call center experience preferred (not required)
• Outbound calling experience a plus
• Strong organization, accuracy, and computer skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
