OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Travel Content & Booking Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will combine travel planning with content-driven engagement by helping clients discover destinations, organize their trips, and secure reservations with ease.
You’ll play a key role in inspiring travelers through content while also guiding them through the booking process from start to finish. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, communication, and working independently in a flexible, work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning customized travel experiences based on their interests and budget
Research destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
Coordinate and confirm bookings using approved systems and platforms
Provide helpful travel insights, tips, and recommendations
Manage itinerary updates, booking changes, and client inquiries
Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
Participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
Interest in travel, content creation, and customer engagement
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Comfortable using social media, digital tools, and online platforms
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region
