Position: Customer Success Representative (Customer Experience + Order Support)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to help deliver an exceptional customer experience across phone, email, live chat, and digital communication channels. A hybrid work from home schedule (2 days/wk) is possible after 90 days of employment and competency assessment.

In this role, you’ll support customers with orders, product questions, account updates, and issue resolution while helping ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and professional. What You’ll Do Customer Support & Communication
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and digital channels
  • Assist customers with orders, product questions, account updates, and troubleshooting
  • Follow up on customer requests and open items to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide a friendly, solution-focused experience in every interaction
Order & Account Support
  • Enter and manage customer orders accurately
  • Process order modifications, updates, and account maintenance
  • Ensure customer information and documentation remain current and organized
  • Escalate urgent or complex issues when needed
Customer Success Tracking & Follow-Up
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation in internal systems
  • Track follow-ups, next steps, and customer communication history
  • Ensure all customer requests are completed within expected timelines
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams
  • Support team coverage during busy periods or special projects
  • Participate in ongoing training and process improvements

  • Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation:
  • Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
