Role Overview

As the frontline ambassador for SNHU, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with students and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and enthusiasm for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat (including bilingual support)
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote offerings
  • Manage customer data entry in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, transactions, and complaint resolution
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and build rapport with clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in call center or customer support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry tools
  • Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns professionally
  • Analytical skills to identify customer needs and suggest solutions
Preferred
  • Bilingual abilities (English + another language)
  • Sales or upselling experience
  • Familiarity with cash handling or transaction processing
