As the frontline ambassador for SNHU, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships with students and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and enthusiasm for helping others.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat (including bilingual support)
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote offerings
- Manage customer data entry in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, transactions, and complaint resolution
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and build rapport with clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality
- Previous experience in call center or customer support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry tools
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns professionally
- Analytical skills to identify customer needs and suggest solutions
- Bilingual abilities (English + another language)
- Sales or upselling experience
- Familiarity with cash handling or transaction processing
