This is a wonderful opportunity to join our mission to Share Christ – Love People by providing excellent service to the friends and partners of Joyce Meyer Ministries by processing resource orders, answering prayer calls and providing resource information with an emphasis on competency, courtesy, compassion and consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Builds lasting relationships with friends and partners
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed customer care metrics
  • Engages in active listening, both verbal or written, and responds accordingly with efficiency and accuracy
  • Respond to written communication and verbal responses over the phone
  • Maintains knowledge of our resources, current and past campaigns via tools provided
  • Ability to enter data with speed and accuracy
Qualifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of contact center software helpful
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Agile professional with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong typing skills
  • Ability to learn new software & systems, technology and processes
  • Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation
Education
  • High school diploma
