What you’ll do:
- Answer inbound calls from curious folks who want to make sure they’re covered for the long haul or are looking to resolve an appliance‑related issue.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing appliance difficulties.
- Build relationships with customers and ensure they understand the value of the extra protection while explaining the value of the service plans and answering any questions customers may have.
- Must be available to work a 40‑hour schedule.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Functioning smartphone for multi‑factor authentication.
