    Answer inbound calls and provide world‑class support to customers in a high‑volume setting.

    Actively listen to customer needs, troubleshoot appliance issues, and deliver confident solutions.

    Smoothly navigate multiple computer systems to keep your workflow efficient.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Answer inbound calls from curious folks who want to make sure they’re covered for the long haul or are looking to resolve an appliance‑related issue.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing appliance difficulties.
  • Build relationships with customers and ensure they understand the value of the extra protection while explaining the value of the service plans and answering any questions customers may have.
Minimum requirements
  • Must be available to work a 40‑hour schedule.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Functioning smartphone for multi‑factor authentication.
