Wesentliche Aufgaben umfassen die Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und Service Requests, Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern sowie die proaktive Information der Benutzer. Die Position erfordert eine IT-Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung im ICT-Helpdesk.
