Position: Remote CSR — First Call Resolution (Healthcare)

Premera Blue Cross is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide essential support to members and providers while managing inbound and outbound calls remotely from various states.

The ideal candidate will ensure first call resolution in customer service interactions, maintain compliance with PPI requirements, and document customer issues promptly. Candidates should have at least two years of customer service experience and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
