You will oversee team performance, maintain quality service delivery, and engage with clients to enhance relationships. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a contact center, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical background.
This full-time position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k retirement plan.
