Women Veterans Interactive is seeking a dedicated remote customer service representative to support TRICARE beneficiaries by providing exceptional service through phone, chat, and video. This full-time position requires flexible 8 or 10-hour shifts and the ability to work weekends if necessary.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience and must be able to obtain a security clearance. We offer a competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $29 based on experience and local market rates.
